We do not collect any of your personal information when you visit Zenithtailors.com.au, including your name, mailing address, or email address unless you provide it to us and ask us to contact you directly or, if you place an order with us, in which case we use this information to process your order and/or to contact you regarding your order. We respect your privacy. We do not sell and exchange personal information you provide to us with any third party. Without your consent, we will not share or make your personal information with any unaffiliated third party.

02.01 | When you visit Zenithtailors.com.au or email us, you communicate with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

03.01 | All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to ZENITH TAILORS, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, Website or another medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without the express prior written consent of ZENITH TAILORS.

04.01 | All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the software used on this site are the property of ZENITH TAILORS or its suppliers that are protected by international copyright laws.

05.01 | ZENITH TAILORS may request verification of information prior to processing an order. Verification may be requested for, but not limited to, company purchase orders and large ticket orders. ZENITH TAILORS reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order. The receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell.

You agree and acknowledge that:

06.01 | The colors, appearance, sizes, and other aspects of the Products shown on the website may vary slightly from the actual Product/s you receive;

06.02 | You must follow the care instructions on each garment, including specialty dry clean only for certain pieces;

06.03 | The Products have not been sold to you by way of sample;

06.04 | You have not made any misrepresentations to Zenith Tailors regarding the purpose for which you intend to use the products;

and 06.05 | No representations have been made as to the fitness or suitability of the products for any purpose.

06.06 | Customers must sign off in writing after each appointment to confirm their choice of material and product, a change of mind is not accepted if the material and product are exactly as requested.

You agree and acknowledge that:

07.01 | Zenith Tailors' display of Products on the Website or in a Store constitutes an invitation to treat;

07.02 | Your placement of an order for any Products (the Order) constitutes an offer to purchase such Products;

07.03 | Your offer is not accepted by Zenith Tailors until:

07.04 | Zenith Tailors receives the full purchase price for all Products in your Order, plus postage costs;

07.05 | Zenith Tailors sends you a receipt for the Order;

07.06 | In the event that, after your offer is accepted, Zenith Tailors advises that they are not able to provide certain Product/s, then:

07.07 | you may choose replacement Product/s, at the same value;

07.08 | you release Zenith Tailors from all claims and liability.

09.09 | Zenith Tailors use third-party shipping companies to ship the goods to Australia, in which an indication of the time frame will be given to the consumer and is also stated on our website.

09.10 | During COVID-19 the deliveries and shipping time frames are subject to change. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has advised that “reasonable time” should be longer than usual due to COVID-19. Therefore the ACCC expects consumers to be more lenient on businesses facing delayed deliveries.

10.11 | However, suppliers should update customers about when they can expect to receive the item. They should also clearly communicate any potential delays that may happen before customers purchase items.

10.12 | Once the goods have left our tailor's hands and are in the possession of these third-party shipping companies, this is an unknown and unfortunately out of the hands of the supplier Zenith Tailors. Although we do our best to track and ensure the on-time arrival of the order, some delays may cause us to miss these deadlines.

08.01 | In order to purchase a Product, you agree to pay Zenith Tailors the price that Zenith Tailors has allocated to that Product, plus any postage prices that are displayed on the Website or otherwise advised by Zenith Tailors (collectively, the Price). You are also liable to pay any duties, taxes, government levies, or other financial charges that might be added to your Order.

08.02 | You must pay the Price for all Products in an Order upon submitting the Order.

08.03 | Full prices must be paid before production begins as we don't have lay-by or you have an option of the down payment of %75 before anything begins.

08.04 | Zenith Tailors accepts payment via credit card and direct credit (in circumstances authorized by Zenith Tailors). Zenith Tailors uses Square and Afterpay, which ensures that your information is kept safe and secure (third-party processing fees may be payable by you in this regard). Zenith Tailors also uses Secure Socket Layering technology to protect online transactions and to ensure that your payment information is never stored on the Website.

08.05 | Zenith Tailors reserves the right to vary the prices of the Products, at its absolute discretion and without notice to you. You agree that any varied prices will apply to all Orders made after such variation.

08.06 | If you trigger a ‘chargeback’ through your card provider or elsewhere, or if you fraudulently use the payment details of another entity, Zenith Tailors has no obligation to provide you the Products and may refuse to sell you Products in the future.

08.07 | In the event that Zenith Tailors agrees that you may pay a deposit to secure a Product or fabric, then:

08.08 | it will advise you of the deposit amount (Deposit);

08.09 | you must pay the Deposit to Zenith Tailors;

08.10 | The product or fabric is not secured until Zenith Tailors confirms this in writing and receives the Deposit;

08.11 | You must submit your Order (and pay the Price) for the applicable Product/s within a reasonable time of paying the Deposit, failing which Zenith Tailors may cancel the arrangement.

08.12 | Unless otherwise expressly stated by Zenith Tailors, all prices for the Products are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, unless otherwise stated, include GST.

08.13 | You agree that Zenith Tailors may apply or set off any monies that it receives from you towards any amounts that you owe Zenith Tailors under these Terms.

09.01 | You must confirm in writing after each fitting to acknowledge you have agreed to the discussed alterations. If you require changes after the in-person appointment, Zenith has the right to decline any last-minute changes.

09.02 | You must be present at all suiting appointments in order to request further alterations. Alterations will not be performed from online/phone requests.

09.03 | If multiple alterations are requested, Zenith Tailors has the right to request for you to drop off and pick up the suits from our shop location.

09.04 | If a customer gains or loose weight rapidly it will not be Zenith Tailor's responsibility if the order is ill-fitting, your suit or any garment will be made according to your measurements taken at your initial fitting.

09.05 | If a customer orders a comfortable fit that is slightly loose and not hugging as the slim fit, it will not be Zenith Tailor's responsibility to alter any adjustments.

09.06 | If a customer orders a super skinny fit with clear advice on the conditions of the skinny fit and ends very tight without fabric allowance it will be the customer's responsibility to cover alterations and remaking due to their choice of making.

09.07| If the suit or any garment is deemed ill-fitting and is the mistake of Zenith Tailors, we will rectify this problem by remaking your suit or any garment ordered. Zenith will only remake the non-fitting or damaged item from the order, for example: If you order a suit and the jacket needs to be remade but the pants fit perfectly or need minor alterations, Zenith will only remake the jacket and you will keep the original pants from your order. Zenith will remake any items using the same fabric as your original order.

09.08 | On the off chance that suits, blazers, chinos, etc. are unreasonably ill-fitting and require major adjustments, we will initiate the complimentary alterations. These may include when suits produced severely lacked fabric in some areas such that wearing the suit is a challenge or when there is a gross amount of loose unintended fabric and the error is from Zenith's end.

10.01 | You agree that Zenith Tailors Policies regarding alterations, remakes, and returns apply.

10.02 | You acknowledge that any postage costs you pay for the Order are non-refundable. Zenith Tailors will not be liable for any costs that you incur, including but not limited to postage costs, in order to return any Product/s to Zenith Tailors.

10.03 | Zenith does not provide refunds on our tailored products, we will only remake your order to your satisfaction when there is an error that has occurred in production.
